Data Sheet With Pricing For A One Ton Per Day Production Unit:

One-ton system, (dimensions of 24' X 60') to include…

A. Framework of galvanized structural steel tubing including ground posts, arches, purlins, and bracing, with all necessary connecting hardware. (freestanding arch style unit)

B. Covering materials consisting of double white poly, 4 year film, with poly encapsulated insulation (two 3.5 layers), and extruded aluminum profiles to attach poly covers to framework. Endwalls to be partial rigid covering (T-111) with twinwall polycarbonate window lites.

C. Heating and cooling system to consist of reverse cycle heat-pump & air-conditioning unit with fresh air intake for dehumidification cycle, with thermostat & humidistat.

D. Nutrient injection system including nutrient tank, digital timer, ozone unit, auto dosing control unit and peresteltic pump, and CalClear water conditioning unit.

E. Growing system to include extruded PVC growing channels with injection molded end caps, all plumbing manifolds, valves, connectors, and related hardware for nutrient delivery and nutrient return. There are 8, 28 channel growing units.

F. Channel racking system to include pre-welded steel tiered racks for channels, and hardware.

G. Pre-Wired Electrical Panel including interior panel box, relay box, breakers, relays, receptacle, and alarm system. (alarm system requires phone line to operate)

H. Forage Grow Nutrient, 500 lbs. A & B Blend, (approximate one year supply), with supplemental additives (iron chelate)

I. Testing & Misc. Supplies and Equipment to include pH and EC meters, hygrometer, & min-max thermometer, and miscellaneous items.

J. Construction Supervision to be provided. Our qualified installer will supervise the installation using labor that the purchaser provides and pays for. Three laborers are required to be on site during entire construction time estimated to be 10 days. Construction supervisor will come to site after site is completely prepared, column posts installed, all utilities are to site and operable, and concrete pad is prepared and cured according to specifications provided.

K. On-Site Training to be provided. Once system is installed our personnel will give one full day of instruction on operation of the system and assist with planting of the first crop.

Total Price for Items A through I: $59,950

Important Notes:

1. Additional materials and construction related items need to be purchased locally to complete this unit.

2. Growing supplies including seed, insect and disease control materials, or pH adjustment materials (85% food grade phosphoric acid) are not included in the pricing above.

3. Freight is not included in the pricing above. Freight costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

4. Prices are subject to change without notice.

5. Additional responsibilities of the purchaser include…
a. Site preparation, grading, baserock, backfill, digging hole for tank, etc.
b. Concrete pad with rebar for floor and concrete for ground stakes.
c. Electric, gas (optional), and water to site and to specified location in building.
d. Electrical materials, breakers, relays, panel, wire, conduit, etc.
e. Plumbing items including fiberglass "shop" sink and hot water heater (recommended)
f. T-111 sheets for partial endwall covering and 2"X4" endwall framing lumber & hardware.
g. Travel expenses for installation supervisor, (airfare, hotel, transportation, meals)
h. Travel expenses for trainer, (airfare, hotel, transportation, meals)
i. Locally hired labor to install system
j. Freight costs from manufacturer/supplier(s) to customer
k. Zoning approval, permits if needed (building, gas, water, electric)

6. On-Site Construction supervision and On-Site Training will be scheduled according to CropKing's personnel and available travel schedules. We will do our best to coincide it with the needs of the purchaser.
This is for one ton per day units or larger. No construction supervision or on-site training is included with the 18' X 20' unit.

7. Customer is responsible for any and all sales or use tax charged by the state in which the unit is being installed.

The following costs are only rough estimates.  Your costs may vary widely from those shown below and you should get local costs for all materials so that you can make a knowledgeable and informed decision.
